Our application fee is $35 per applicant, everyone over 18 needs to submit an application. This will allow us to process a credit history and criminal background check.
Email copies of W2’s or paystubs along with a picture id to meg@mappropertysolutionsllc.com
If you are working with a Realtor, do not forget to include their contact information.
