Our story

MAP Property Solutions specializes in residential property management and real estate sales

Our services cover portions of Northern Virginia, Winchester and surrounding counties and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia 

Meghan Pachas grew up in a real estate family and is a third generation property manager and REALTOR^®  

She worked in her family’s property management business, McGrath Real Estate Services, for twelve years before starting her own business in 2018. 

With a degree in American Sign Language, Meghan is able to offer real estate services for the Deaf community as well 

Brendan Pachas is the lead property manager and helps coordinate repair requests and home inspections. With a mechanical background,Brendan has an eye for detail and understanding of how home systems run.
